Brioche Bread is so delicate, light and buttery – it is delicious on its own. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Water, Butter (from milk), Sugar, Egg, Yeast, Skim milk powder, Emulsified fat (vegetable oil, sugar, emulsifier (475-soy)), Salt (iodised), Emulsifier (471, 475, 420, natural orange flavouring), Flour improver (emulsifier (481), wheat flour, soy flour, vegetable fat, antioxidant (300), enzymes), Glaze (maltodextrins (wheat), starch)

Contains: Egg, Milk, Wheat, Gluten, Soy

Storage Conditions:
Keep frozen below -18°C

Directions for Use:
Defrost for approx. 2 – 3 hours. Slice and toast as desired.
